Salad with stuffed Zucchini Recipe
This salad was invented by my friend, and with her permission I publish it here. Easy, affordable and delicious.

  1. Products.
  2. First prepare the zucchini. Cut them into thin layers. Add a little salt and fry in oil for just a minute, do not forget to turn it over once. We need the zucchini to be a little soft, but not softened. Put them on a paper napkin and set aside.
  3. While the zucchini is being fried, you can prepare the filling. To do this, mix the capers, cheese and herbs in a blender. I just sprinkled pepper on it.
  4. Well, now let’s prepare the base from our pre-washed vegetables.
  5. Spread a little filling on the edge of the zucchini, wrap it in a roll and randomly distribute it over our base.
  6. In a cup, mix honey, mustard, vinegar and oil. Whisk with a fork, try. Add salt. Carefully pour the filling over our salad and that’s it!
