  2. Peel the fresh trout from the bones, fry on both sides for 3-4 minutes.
  3. Boil the eggs for 4 minutes in boiling water, peel them from the shell. Put the washed arugula on a plate.
  4. Next, lay out the chopped tomatoes and fish.
  5. Drizzle with lime juice, soy sauce and sesame oil. Sprinkle with sesame seeds and finely chopped dill.
  6. Ready.
