Ingredients

Couscous

Chickpeas (canned)

jar
Tuna
in sunflower oil

Cherry tomatoes

Cucumber
1

Lemon
Salt
to taste
Black pepper
to taste
Instructions
Pour the couscous with boiling water, cover with a lid. Leave to swell. Cut the cucumber into arbitrary pieces
Cut tomatoes into slices.
Drain the liquid from the canned chickpeas. In a large bowl, mix chickpeas, chilled couscous, tomatoes and cucumber. Add salt and pepper to taste.
Cut the lemon in half. Squeeze the juice from one of the halves. Cut the other half into pieces.
Put the tuna in a bowl, mash with a fork and add lemon juice.
Add the tuna to the salad and mix well.
Before serving, add lemon slices.
