  1. Cut a sheet of grilling paper in half with scissors across the wood fibers and dip the halves in water for 10-40 minutes. Preheat the oven to 180 °C.
  2. Mix the oil, salt, pepper and finely chopped dill, onion and marinate the salmon fillet, cut in half into 2 portions, for 30 minutes. Cut the lemon into slices about 5 mm thick.
  3. Grease the sheets of grilling paper with oil and place the pieces of marinated salmon in the center, along the wood fibers, skin up. Put 1-2 slices of lemon. Wrap the products in sheets and roll the rolls so that the seam is at the bottom.
  4. Place the rolls on a preheated baking sheet or baking dish and place in the oven.
  5. Bake for 15-20 minutes until light pink.
