Preparing food. We clean the steaks, wash them and dry them with a paper towel. You will need liquid honey. If there is none, you can melt it in a water bath, which I did. In honey, squeeze the juice from half a lemon and combine.
Pour the soy sauce and combine everything carefully again. The marinade is ready.
Fill the fish and keep it for half an hour, turning it over periodically.
The form in which we will bake the fish, lubricate a little sunflower oil. Top with marinade and put in the oven for 20 minutes at t-180 C.
The fish is baked.
Spread on plates and sprinkle with sesame seeds and chopped green onions.
