  1. First we will start preparing a sauce that will muffle the smell of the sea and give our dish a special taste. Basil leaves, pistachios, lemon zest, garlic, lemon juice and parmesan put and chop.
  2. Add cream and butter to the resulting mixture, put on a small fire and simmer, stirring, so as not to burn, for 10 minutes, add salt and pepper.

  4. Wash them thoroughly and start frying them in a preheated frying pan for 3 minutes on each side.
