To prepare the dish, I will use ready-made schnitzels. Package weight-450 g, number of schnitzels-4 PCs. For a picnic, I will put schnitzels on wooden skewers and bake them with vegetables: potatoes and zucchini, made in Greek. Wooden skewers should be soaked in water. Peel the potatoes and zucchini. Cut into slices arbitrarily not thick (see the photo). Put in a bowl, pour olive oil, squeeze the juice from the lemon, sprinkle with oregano, thyme, sweet paprika and salt. Stir and let stand for 5 minutes.
