You can cook a whole chicken by cutting it into portions, in my case it is chicken legs, cut into the Shin and thigh.
And so, carefully RUB the chicken pieces with lemon and leave for 15 minutes.
Mix the mustard, salt, pepper mixture (I have it with nutmeg), oil and hot sauce.
RUB each piece of chicken with the resulting marinade and leave it at room temperature for 1 hour. If overnight, put it in the refrigerator. Place in a baking dish.
Cut the peeled potatoes into pieces and season with all the listed ingredients just before baking.
Cover the chicken and potatoes tightly with foil and bake in a preheated 200*C oven for 30 minutes.
Remove the foil and bake the potatoes for 7-10 minutes.
The chicken 15 to 20 minutes until Golden brown.
Serve with your favorite vegetables, olives or olives.
