Chicken:
- 3 pieces Chicken leg
- 1 piece Lemon
- 1 teaspoon Tabasco
- 3 tablespoons Mustard
- 3 tablespoons olive oil
- Salt to taste
- Black pepper to taste
- Garlic powder to taste
Garnish:
- 1 kg Potatoes
- 1 teaspoon Lemon zest
- 1 tablespoon Coriander
- 4 tablespoons olive oil
- Salt to taste
- Black pepper to taste

Instructions
- Mix the mustard, salt, pepper mixture (I have it with nutmeg), oil and hot sauce. RUB each piece of chicken with the resulting marinade and leave it at room temperature for 1 hour. If overnight, put it in the refrigerator. Place in a baking dish. Garnish: Cut the peeled potatoes into pieces and season with all the listed ingredients just before baking.
