  1. I want to note that the process of preparing this salad is already setting up a romantic mood. Take dry white wine, I have “Chardonnay”, add bay leaf and bring to a boil.
  2. Take out the shrimps in advance, let them thaw and clean, I like to keep the tails in the “shell”. For this salad, you can also use a pre-boiled sea cocktail or mussels.
  3. Remove the wine from the stove and pour it over the shrimp, but in no case cook the shrimp in wine, they will be “rubber”. Let the shrimp soak in the wine for about 10 minutes.
  4. Discard the shrimp in a colander.
  5. Prepare a dressing of lemon juice, olive oil and salt.
  6. Wash the arugula and dry it slightly. We spread it on a serving dish.
  7. Place the pickled shrimp on top of the arugula. Pour over the dressing. Lemon slices are suitable for the salad.
  8. Serve with a salad bowl, sprinkled with black pepper and Italian herbs. The salad is seasoned with dry white wine.
