If you do not have anything against semi-smoked sausage, then I suggest you prepare this fresh, fragrant salad, which can become a full-fledged dinner and even decorate the festive table.
We start with the preparation of the dressing. Mix the oil, vinegar (you can replace it with lemon juice), soy sauce, squeeze out the garlic.
We take sausage, I have half-smoked pork, cut into thin strips, cut onions with feathers.
fill the sausage and onion with the dressing, mix, and send it to the refrigerator for at least 20 minutes to marinate.
Before serving, we tear the washed, dried lettuce leaves.
