For the marinade, grate the lime zest. Cut the lime in half, squeeze the juice from one half. Cut the cilantro. Combine lime juice and zest, cilantro, olive oil and chili. Separate part of the marinade for serving (this will be the sauce for kebabs). Marinate the shrimps (20 minutes). We string shrimp and plums on skewers, fry in a grill pan. Serve with cilantro and lime sauce.
