Shrimp and Plum Kebabs Recipe
A great way to cook shrimp is to marinate and make kebabs out of them! We made our kebabs with plums. A wonderful low-calorie meal rich in protein and vital iodine.

  1. For the marinade, grate the lime zest. Cut the lime in half, squeeze the juice from one half. Cut the cilantro. Combine lime juice and zest, cilantro, olive oil and chili. Separate part of the marinade for serving (this will be the sauce for kebabs). Marinate the shrimps (20 minutes). We string shrimp and plums on skewers, fry in a grill pan. Serve with cilantro and lime sauce.
