  1. In a bowl, sift the flour. Add sugar, salt, baking powder. Mix with a whisk.
  2. Add the eggs, zest of one lemon and vegetable oil.
  3. Knead the dough.
  4. Divide the dough into two equal parts.
  5. Cut out a circle with a diameter of 32 cm from the parchment.
  6. Roll out one piece of dough on parchment.
  7. Put the dough together with the parchment in the form. I have a shape with a diameter of 24 cm and sides of 5 cm. Lubricate with jam.
  8. The second part of the dough is rolled out into a rectangular layer and cut into strips, 3.5-4 cm wide.
  9. Cut the apples into slices.
  10. Spread the apples along the edge.
