Simple Vegetable Soup with Spinach Recipe
Light, pleasant soup. More vegetables are good for your health. When serving, you can put sour cream in the soup, it was good without sour cream.

(to taste)
Instructions
Cook the broth on the meat. Cut the cabbage into small squares.
Carrots and parsley root (I have celery) cut into strips, chop the onion. Fry them in oil until they are half cooked.
Dip the French fries into the boiling broth.
Add the cabbage, bring to a boil, then pour in the potatoes, cut into small cubes, cook after boiling over low heat for 20 minutes.
5 minutes before the end of cooking, put diced tomatoes in the soup.
Sprinkle with chopped spinach. Pepper and salt the soup, season with bay leaf.
If desired, you can add a couple of crushed garlic cloves to the finished soup. Let the soup brew under the lid for 10 minutes.
