  1. Sift the flour, add salt and mix. Make a recess in the center, add eggs and milk.
  2. Whisk all the ingredients well until smooth. It turns out a liquid dough.
  3. Cover the container with the dough with a film and refrigerate for 1 hour.
  4. Preheat the oven to 230/210*. Pour olive oil into each hole of the muffin mold and put it in the oven for 4 minutes until the oil is heated.
  5. Carefully remove the molds from the oven and fill the molds with dough. Return to the oven.
  6. Bake for 15-20 minutes until golden brown. That’s what beauties turned out. Just jumped out of shape!
  7. Serve hot with roast beef. enjoy your meal!
