Jamie Oliver's Yorkshire Puddings Recipe
The other day I came to Jamie Oliver's book "Ministry of Food", and immediately my attention was attracted by the recipe of these puddings, because in the vast Internet I found recipes... the mini-puddings. The only ones I somehow didn't turned out as beautiful as there described, but was delicious - it's a fact. Plus they were always pestering the molds... So I decided to make puddings from wonderful Oliver's book today! AII... Finally the puddings lived up to my expectations. They could be removed from the molds by hand! They didn't stick to my mold in any way... Sharing the recipe with you.

  1. So.. Beat our ingredients in a bowl. 3 eggs, salt, flour and milk.
