  2. Cut the fish fillet into small pieces. Wash the potatoes, peel them, cut them into 4 parts and boil them. Then you need to drain the water and mash the potatoes with butter. It should turn out something like a dry puree. Cut the onion into strips, and RUB the carrots on a fine grater.
  3. Fry the onions and carrots in a pan for 2-3 minutes (do not fry too much, passer until soft).
  4. Assemble the casserole in a ceramic container: the first layer – half of the puree, the second layer-onions and carrots, the third layer-fish fillet. Cover the fish fillet with the remaining puree and sprinkle the grated cheese on top. Put the casserole in the oven for 30 minutes. Bake at 170* C.
  5. Serve the dish hot with a delicious cheese crust. Bon Appetit!
