Bright and vitamin dish of pearl barley. Ordinary pearl porridge in the presence of sweet pepper and carrots sparkled with bright colors, and in addition to zucchini becomes a juicy and expressive dish.
Soak the pearl barley overnight. The cooking time is indicated without soaking. Swollen grits to throw in a colander. Cover with water, add salt, add the butter. Cook the pearl barley until ready. I cooked in the microwave for 22 minutes at a power of 1000W on the program "Porridge".
Chop the garlic and onion. Chop the cheese.
Chop the carrots. Cut the zucchini into strips. Pepper is arbitrary.
Fry the onion, carrot and zucchini in vegetable oil for seven minutes, add the sweet pepper and continue to fry for another five minutes.
Turn on the oven to heat up to 200 degrees. Ready-made pearl barley visually divide into three parts, fried vegetables into two parts. In a baking dish, put 1/3 of the pearl barley, half the vegetables on top. Then repeat the layer of 1/3 of the pearl barley and the remaining vegetables.
