Instructions
Mix eggs with sugar, soy sauce and sour cream.
Finely chop the salami and green onions, grate the cheese.
Grate the raw potatoes on a coarse grater.
Add all this to the egg mixture, add mustard and vegetable oil.
Add flour and baking powder, mix.
Spread the dough on the cake molds.
Bake in a preheated 180 degree oven until completely dry. My cupcakes were baked for 20 minutes – focus on your oven.
For beauty, I smeared the tops with mayonnaise and decorated with greens and radishes.
