This eggplant snack is easy and simple to prepare. Eggplants turn out very tasty, not at all greasy, with a piquant note. I recommend cooking them yourself.
First, we will prepare the sauce with which we will mix the eggplants. In a bowl, mix vegetable oil, lemon juice, crushed garlic, paprika, oregano, basil, salt and pepper.
Cut the eggplant in half lengthwise, then each half into two more parts and again in half each part. It turned out only 8 slices.
Pour the sauce over the eggplants, mix everything well and leave for 10 minutes so that the vegetables are soaked in the sauce.
Place the eggplant slices on a baking sheet and bake in the oven at t = 160 ° C for about 30 minutes until soft.
Now mix soy sauce and balsamic vinegar in a bowl.
