Instructions
  1. Mix warm water and kefir.
  2. Add vegetable oil, egg whites, mix thoroughly.
  3. Add sugar, yeast and salt, mix thoroughly with a whisk.
  4. Add flour in portions (it took me 800 g, it may take a little more). Do not clog the dough with flour. Knead the dough thoroughly and put it in a warm place for 2 hours.
  5. From half of the resulting dough, I baked buns. Divide half of the dough into 8 parts. There are seven parts in the photo. One part has already “got into my hands”, and then I remembered about the photo.
  6. What happened next was a testing moment for me (in the sense of formation). Next time, I think it will be better. And now it turned out that it was. Each part is thinly rolled into an oval, cut in half along the length. Make ribbon incisions on each half with a pizza knife (or just a sharp knife).
  7. Place the filling on the uncut edge.
  8. Roll the workpiece, starting from the filling side, into a long roll.
  9. Roll up the rolls in the form of a snail. Lubricate with yolk. Bake the buns until golden brown.
  10. Bake the buns until golden brown. For me, they turned out differently. I even tried to cook them with jam. To make it flow a little, it is better to use thick jam. In general, I liked both the buns and the fun with the dough.
  11. Bon appetit.
