Instructions
Bake the pumpkin in the oven and turn it into a puree using an immersion blender.
Sift the flour with baking soda, baking powder, salt and cinnamon. Add sugar and mix well.
In a separate bowl, mix the vegetable oil, egg and pumpkin puree.
Add the flour mixture to the pumpkin mixture and stir well.
Add chocolate drops or small pieces of chocolate and mix.
Cover the baking sheet with parchment and preheat the oven to 180*C (350*F). Spread the dough with a tablespoon at a small distance from each other.
Bake for 10-15 minutes.
