We really liked this cake! I cook both with one portion and several, if not for a family, but for a small company. very soft and delicious! and no problems with baking cakes! be sure to try it!

  1. For the dough we will need these products:egg, sugar, flour, kefir, butter, vanilla, soda, baking powder and salt. Sift the flour with salt, baking soda and baking powder into a deep bowl and mix. With a whisk, beat the egg with the yogurt and sugar. Add the liquid kefir-egg mixture to the flour. Mix well with a spoon or whisk. Pour in the melted butter.

We collect the whole cake, decorate with pastry sprinkles or berries-fruit, you can immediately put the kettle on and drink tea and coffee, or you can prepare it in the evening for Breakfast, then just as you like! I usually cook in the evening, then it is more dense and easier to cut! Enjoy your tea!
