  1. Cut the potatoes into medium-sized cubes and put them in a saucepan with boiling water.
  2. Cut the onion into half rings, grate the carrots on a coarse grater.
  3. Cucumbers, if they are large, cut into slices.
  4. Fry onions and carrots over high heat in sunflower oil. When the mass becomes golden, put the pickles, then simmer on low heat under the lid for 2-3 minutes. Then put a tablespoon of tomato paste, stir, then simmer under the lid for another 3 minutes.
  5. When the broth with potatoes boils, put the fried mass into the pan after boiling, cook for 10-15 minutes, until the potatoes are ready.
  6. Meanwhile, cut the sausage and bacon into cubes. Add to the pan.
  7. After boiling, add the broth, bay leaf, red pepper and salt. Mix well and cook over low heat for about 5 minutes. Then turn off the heat, close the lid and do not open for about 10 minutes.
  8. When serving, put olives to taste and a slice of lemon in a bowl.
