  1. Solyanka can be prepared from any meat products and pickles. I offer this set – boiled meat, it was cooked with spices and roots, smoked sausage, it also has a ready-made taste, bacon also with its own seasonings, so I do not specify the ingredients of salt and spices. Besides, my okra is quite salty, and olives, and even chili peppers! If the taste seems a little weak to you, add your favorite spices. For the “density of taste sensations” we add green peas, in some pickles there are even potatoes, what could be worse than peas?
  2. So, we cut all the products into cubes, okra – washers. If you use pickles and cut them into strips, then it is better to cut the rest of the products into strips too. I didn’t fry anything in this soup. Just put the onion in the bottom of the pan, and then the bacon,
  3. then the rest of the meat products. The top layer of okra. Close the lid and put it on medium heat. Stir occasionally and simmer for 15-20 minutes. The flavors of meat products will be combined, and okra will complement them.
  4. Now add the peeled and sliced tomatoes and 50 ml of olive brine, simmer for 10 minutes on low heat.
  5. Then pour in the specified amount of water / broth, add green peas, olives (with or without a stone, to your taste), herbs and chili pepper. Mix it. Add freshly squeezed lemon juice, 1-2 tbsp. l. and leave on the stove, on the lowest heat, to languish for 10 minutes. Try it, add the missing flavor (salt, pepper, lemon juice).
  6. Five more minutes and you can serve. The hodgepodge turned out to be rich, fragrant and thick “as much as a spoon is enough”, if you want less thick, add more water. Add chopped herbs, a lemon ring and a spoonful of sour cream to each serving. And you can have a delicious lunch!
  7. BON APPETIT!!!
