Soup with Cabbage and Meat Recipe
I often cook this soup, and it’s a pleasure to cook it in a Zepter dish, because it is cooked in it without water and oil, which not only simplifies the cooking process, but also preserves all the useful substances.

  1. Peel the carrots and onions and cut into small cubes. Put them on the bottom of a cold Zepter pan.
  2. Meat, I have a piece of pork neck, which is also cut into small pieces and spread on carrots and onions.
  3. Peel the potatoes and cut them into cubes, put them on the meat.
  4. Chop the cabbage and put it on the meat. I note that at this stage we do not add water, vegetables and meat will boil due to their own moisture.
  5. Cover the pan with a lid and put the Zepter on medium heat, wait until the arrow of the thermostat reaches the middle of the green field, reduce the heat to a minimum and cook for about 30 minutes. Make sure that the arrow does not leave the green field. The photo clearly shows how much liquid was released after 30 minutes.
  6. Bring the water or broth to a boil, let it cool to 90 degrees and pour the necessary amount into the pan, adjusting the thickness of the soup. Add spices and bay leaf. Cover again and leave for another 15 minutes, insist.
  7. Sprinkle with finely chopped herbs before serving.
