Disassemble the cauliflower into inflorescences, pre-boil fresh for 5 minutes. Heat the oil in a frying pan, cut the onion into cubes and fry until soft.
Then add tomato paste, sugar, chili pepper, ground coriander (all spices to taste!), stir and simmer for 1 minute.
Add soy sauce, vinegar and warm up for another minute.
Add the garlic passed through the press.
Add the cabbage, mix well.
We warm it up for just a couple of minutes, turn it off, let it stand in a cold place for 4-5 hours.
Serve on the table, sprinkled with herbs.
