I bought fresh chilled ribs three weeks ago, in the morning. By the evening it turned out that no one would eat them that day! He must have been frozen. Today I decided to cook them. I was afraid it would be too harsh, especially since I marinated for only 30 minutes! But it turned out just fabulous!! Soft, tender, juicy! I suggest you try this wonderful recipe!

  1. It took quite a bit, so it doesn’t take a long time!
  2. Mix the barbecue sauce, soy sauce, lemon juice, butter, tabasco, salt and pepper to taste.
  3. Marinate our ribs in the resulting sauce for 30 minutes.
  4. Spread on a baking sheet.
  5. Cover tightly with foil. Put in the oven, preheated to 200 degrees Celsius, for 1.5 hours. Meat will release a lot of juice.
  6. Exit after the specified time. If there is a lot of liquid, drain a small amount! I will refuse a little. Bake for another 15 minutes under the grill, already without foil. If there is no grill, just put it on top and increase the temperature to 220 degrees.
  7. Serve with your favorite sauce and side dish!
