  1. The salad is prepared very simply and quickly. First let’s make the pesto sauce. To do this, chop pine nuts, garlic, parmesan and basil in a blender, gradually adding olive oil (preferably unrefined).
  2. The salad, if necessary, is washed and cut into large pieces, I buy ready-made, which does not require washing. Cherry tomatoes cut into halves, pepper – medium-sized pieces. Potatoes, sliced, and beans are boiled together for 7-8 minutes until soft. I flip it into a colander. Cut the tuna into pieces.
  3. Mix all the ingredients in a salad bowl, season with pesto and anchovies. Salt and pepper – to taste and desire.
