Ingredients

Instructions
Chop the onion and carrot. Fry in vegetable oil, stirring.
Add the chopped oyster mushrooms, fry all together for about a minute.
Add the diced tomatoes.
Add salt and mix. Simmer on low heat for 30 minutes. Stir occasionally, if there is no liquid left, then add quite a bit of boiling water.
Add sour cream and garlic, mix. Leave under the lid for a couple of minutes.
Add the greens. When serving, pepper.
