  1. All ingredients are measured and weighed. The milk was heated in the microwave for 30 seconds at a power of 800. I poured it into a bowl with a spout. From such dishes, it is very convenient to pour the dough into the pan in a thin layer, starting from the center. I broke an egg, put it together with a hand whisk. I added starch and salt. I put it all together again. The dough is ready. Pancakes made from this dough are better baked in a non-stick frying pan, which does not require oil or only a small grease. Let the dough stand while we make the filling. After 10 minutes, we bake pancakes. From the amount of prepared dough, 2 pancakes D-24 cm were obtained. Pancakes are perfectly turned over and do not tear.
  2. Dried fruits in the filling should be steamed for 5 minutes. Then cut, except for raisins and combine with cottage cheese, which is added to honey. Wrap the pancakes. The filling is divided in half into 2 pancakes.
  3. Output of the finished product. It is clear from the photo that the pancakes are slightly less than 200 g.
  4. We serve it for breakfast. I made some chicory.
