Tender Cottage Cheese Cupcakes with Apples Recipe
I want to offer you one of the most favorite baking recipes in my family. And we will prepare cupcakes or, as they are also called, muffins from cottage cheese and sponge dough. Delicate, airy, with a creamy curd taste, and even with plates of apples – they are real favorites in our family. And if you think that they are prepared very simply, then I am sure that you will like this recipe too.

  1. Put the eggs in the bowl of the combine, add sugar and whisk until lightly fluffy.
  2. Now distribute the cottage cheese, softened butter, pour sour cream or heavy cream and mix the mass again with a combine harvester until absolutely homogeneous.
  3. Well, the last step is to pour in the sifted flour, add baking powder, vanillin and, finally, mix everything with a combine. The dough should be tender, soft, like thick pancakes.
  4. I will bake cupcakes in silicone molds, in which I put paper cupcake molds. I smeared the paper molds with vegetable oil. Spread the dough into molds, about one and a half tablespoons for each mold. Now, in each mold with the dough, insert three thin plates of apple, which I prepared in advance.
  5. Bake our cupcakes in the oven, preheated to 180 degrees, for 30 minutes. I turn on both heating elements and convection. Cupcakes rise very much in the oven when baking, but then they settle down a little.
  6. I take the cupcakes out of the silicone molds right away, and the paper ones can be taken out when the cupcakes finally cool down. Before serving, cupcakes can be sprinkled with a small amount of powdered sugar for beauty.
