Now let’s talk about the grill. You will need a grill with a thick bottom. Ideally, it should be a cast-iron frying pan, like mine. A steel grill with a thick bottom is also suitable. If you take a grill or a grill pan with a thin bottom, then when you put the fish, the grill will lose temperature locally and the fish on it may stick. Preheat the grill well over medium heat. I have it 4 out of 6. Grease the grill with oil. Fry the fish on both sides for a few minutes.
