While the vegetables are marinating, preheat the grill.
My grill program has a temperature of 230°.
After 10 minutes after warming up the grill, put the eggplant and zucchini on the grill, close and set the timer for 5 minutes. If you cook in the open grill mode, then fry for 5 minutes, turn the vegetables to the other side and fry for another 5 minutes.
Pepper fry a little longer (6-7 minutes), but 5 minutes is also enough. Fry on both sides.
