  1. Wash the potatoes thoroughly, we will need them together with the peel.
  2. Thinly slice the potatoes in a large bowl. A food processor helped me solve this problem.
  3. Add olive oil, spices and salt to the sliced potatoes and mix all the ingredients thoroughly.
  4. Place two strips of bacon overlapping on a cutting board. Place the potato slices alternately on top of the bacon, also with a slight overlap. Carefully, starting from one end, roll up the bacon, forming a potato rosette. P.S. It is more reliable to fix the rosette with a toothpick
  5. Place the potato roses in greased muffin pans. Bake the potato roses in the oven for 20 minutes. Then cover the roses with foil and bake for about 30 minutes.
