Surprise your family and friends by preparing an original, chic side dish of potatoes for the holiday. Preparing potato roses is very easy, the most difficult thing in the process-thinly sliced potatoes. Your potato bouquet will make a splash and decorate any festive table.
Seasoningground black pepper, dried garlic, ground ginger, salt, French herbs, to taste
Thoroughly wash the potatoes, we will need it with the skin.
Thinly slice the potatoes into slices in a large bowl. I was helped to solve this problem by a food processor.
Add the olive oil, spices, and salt to the sliced potatoes and mix all the ingredients thoroughly.
On a cutting Board, put two strips of bacon with overlap. On top of the bacon, alternately put the potato slices, too, with a slight overlap. Carefully, starting at one end, roll up the bacon, creating a potato rose.
P.S. it is more reliable to fix a rose with a toothpick
Place the potato rosettes in greased muffin pans. Bake the potato rosettes in the oven for 20 minutes. Then cover the roses with foil and bake for about 30 minutes.
