Soft, delicious, flavorful tortillas with onions and pumpkin. The cooking time of which will not take much time. Suitable for both first courses and second courses. They will make a great snack.
Grate the pumpkin on a coarse grater. Pour into a deep bowl.
Onions are also served on a large grater. Send in a bowl to the pumpkin.
Pour 100 ml of sunflower oil.
Add yeast and salt.
Beat in two eggs and pour 150 ml of warm water. Stir well.
Gradually add the sifted flour. Knead dough. Cover with cling film or a towel and store in a warm place for 1 hour. The dough should double in size.
Brush your hands with sunflower oil to make it easy to work with the dough. Knead the dough a little.
Divide it into four parts.
Cover the baking sheet with baking paper. One part of the dough is sent to the baking sheet and pressing the hand we give the shape of a circle. The thickness of the tortilla should be approximately 1-1. 5 cm. Brush with egg and sprinkle with sesame seeds.
Place in a preheated 180° oven for 15-20 minutes until Golden brown.
