Instructions
Cut the pita bread into strips 20-25 cm long and 5-6 cm wide. I made 7 strips from one pita bread.
Cut the melted cheese into 7 pieces.
Wrap the cheese in pita bread in the shape of a triangle.
Add a pinch of salt to the eggs and whisk with a fork.
Heat a frying pan over medium heat, add vegetable oil. Dip each triangle in an egg and put it in a frying pan.
Fry the pita bread triangles on both sides until golden brown. Lavash appetizer is very tasty both hot and cold. Enjoy your meal.
