Turkey Skewers with Vegetables and Pineapple Recipe

Soy sauce
Instructions
Cut the turkey into medium-sized cubes, season with salt and hot chili pepper. Add the yogurt, garlic and olive oil passed through the press.
Mix well. Put in the refrigerator for 1 hour.
Cut the pineapple into large slices. Peel the peppers and cut them into slices.
Pre-soak the wooden skewers in cold water for 20-30 minutes. On skewers, string the turkey meat, pineapple slices and pepper in turn.
Bake on a barbecue grill until tender, 5 minutes on each side.
Grease the skewers with Teriyaki soy sauce and fry for 1-2 minutes on all sides.
Submit immediately. If desired, pour the skewers with freshly squeezed lemon juice.
