  1. 1. Cut zucchini into thin strips, pepper into small cubes, pierce tomatoes with a toothpick in several places. Put everything in a cup, add soy sauce, oil, balsamic, pepper, mix. You can add more herbs to your liking. Leave vegetables to marinate for 10-15 minutes.
