1. Cut zucchini into thin strips, pepper into small cubes, pierce tomatoes with a toothpick in several places. Put everything in a cup, add soy sauce, oil, balsamic, pepper, mix. You can add more herbs to your liking. Leave vegetables to marinate for 10-15 minutes.
2. Cut the cheese into cubes. Wrap cheese in zucchini plates. On skewers, I took small ones, string a tomato, then zucchini with cheese, then pepper and again a tomato.
3. Cook on the grill or in the oven until vegetables are tender. I cooked so that the vegetables remained a little crispy.
