Instructions
To start, pour boiling water over the shiitake mushrooms. Leave it on for 15 minutes.
Cut the leek lengthwise into two pieces. Rinse the rice and put it to cook (for 12 minutes).
Cut the turkey into long strips.
Cut the onion and carrot into thin strips. After the vegetables, chop the mushrooms.
Fry the carrots in a frying pan for 2-3 minutes, then send the turkey, leeks and mushrooms to the pan. Sprinkle with salt and pepper to taste.
Add the oyster sauce and 4 tablespoons of water.
Add rice to the turkey.
