  1. Thinly slice the Chinese cabbage.
  2. Cut the tomatoes into slices.
  3. Boil the quail eggs, peel and cut into 4 pieces.
  4. Finely chop the greens and green onions.
  5. To prepare the dressing. Add freshly ground allspice, juice and lemon zest to the sour cream. Mix it.
  6. In a bowl, mix all the ingredients and add salt to taste.
  7. Season the salad before serving.
