  1. Cut the boiled and cooled beets into cubes and thoroughly lubricate them with vegetable oil. We need this so that the beetroot does not release its juice with other ingredients so abundantly.
  2. Cut the cucumbers into medium pieces.
  3. Cut the apple into thin slices.
  4. Open the beans and put everything in a salad bowl.
  5. Mix, sprinkle with lemon juice, salt, pepper, and season with oil. Stir again.
