  1. Wash, peel and finely chop the vegetables: onion – thin half rings; tomatoes – large pieces; salad pepper -half rings; celery stalks – small pieces; cut the mushrooms thinly, into 3-4 pieces along the length; mozzarella – small cubes (I had a mozzarella snack in the form of balls).
  2. Season with salt and pepper, add chopped herbs and season the salad with lemon juice and olive oil.
