In autumn, after the apple harvest, I like to treat myself to this dish! It turns out very tasty tender meat with creamy notes! It looks great even on a festive table. Everyone who tries it will ask you for the recipe.
Wash the chicken, peel it from the skin, cut it into medium-sized pieces and put it on a plate, then take yogurt, pour it over our chicken, salt, pepper, mix everything and leave to marinate for 15 minutes.
Cut apples into equal slices, cut out the core (it is convenient to use an apple cutter), cut onions and tomatoes into large pieces.
Put the pan on the stove and heat it until the pan is hot, peel 4 cloves of garlic and squeeze out a little. Put the butter and garlic in a preheated frying pan.
Slices of apple, onion and tomatoes are sent to the frying pan, fry for 3 minutes, then add the chicken and fry for another 5 minutes.
Preheat the oven to 200 degrees, take out the mold, brush with olive oil and transfer the chicken and vegetables into it. Add mozzarella, salt, pepper and add your favorite spices (I have basil), put the mold in the oven for 30 minutes.
Once the chicken and vegetables are ready, remove from the oven, sprinkle with fresh herbs and enjoy the meal! Enjoy your meal!
