Vegetable Salad with Zucchini and Corn Recipe
A very simple but interesting vegetable salad with fresh zucchini and corn with a dressing of sour cream and French mustard with grains! Very easy to prepare.

Ingredients

Sour cream

Lemon juice

Mustard

Instructions
Chop the cabbage.
Cut the cucumber into strips.
And zucchini. Mix the vegetables in a bowl.
Add finely chopped parsley and dill.
Add canned corn (pre-drain the liquid from the jar). Lightly season the vegetables with salt/pepper.
For dressing, mix sour cream, vegetable oil, mustard with grains, lemon juice, salt and pepper to taste in a bowl.
Mix thoroughly.
Add the dressing to the vegetables, mix gently and serve.
