  1. Put the water on the fire, bring to a boil. Wash and peel the vegetables. Cut potatoes and zucchini into cubes (approximately the same size). As soon as the water boils, add the potatoes.
  2. Cut the carrots into small cubes. In a frying pan, heat the vegetable oil, put the carrots, fry for 3-4 minutes on medium heat.
  3. Cut the onion into small cubes, add to the carrots and fry together for 3-4 minutes.
  4. Add finely chopped pepper to the onions and carrots. Fry for another 2-3 minutes. Remove from the heat.
  5. When the potatoes are cooked and boiled until half cooked, add zucchini and green peas to it. Cook everything together until the potatoes are ready.
  6. Send a vegetable casserole to the soup. Add the bay leaf. Add salt and pepper to taste.
  7. Add turmeric and oat flakes. Cook for another 4-5 minutes.
  8. Add finely chopped dill and parsley. Turn it off and let the soup brew a little.
