  1. Cut the zucchini into rings about 1 cm thick
  2. Cut the eggplant like a zucchini
  3. Cut the onion into rings
  4. Bulgarian pepper cut into 2 halves, peel from the seeds. Cut each half into 3 slices and each slice into 2 more pieces.
  5. Cut the mushrooms into quarters or halves, if the mushrooms are small.
  6. Cut the tomato into 4 pieces. Cherry tomatoes are simple to wash. Put all the vegetables in a saucepan.
  7. Grate the zest of ΒΌ lemon, chop the garlic cloves, put everything in a bowl. Add the whole pack of marinade for vegetables “Vegetables on coals”, add vegetable oil, mix.
  8. Pour the marinade over the vegetables, mix gently, and leave to marinate, ideally for 1-2 hours.
  9. Vegetables are strung on skewers, bake over a baking dish in the oven at 180 degrees for about an hour, on the grill – until ready. Serve with your favorite sauce as an independent dish or side dish to meat.
