Cut the mushrooms into quarters or halves, if the mushrooms are small.
Cut the tomato into 4 pieces. Cherry tomatoes are simple to wash. Put all the vegetables in a saucepan.
Grate the zest of ¼ lemon, chop the garlic cloves, put everything in a bowl. Add the whole pack of marinade for vegetables "Vegetables on coals", add vegetable oil, mix.
Pour the marinade over the vegetables, mix gently, and leave to marinate, ideally for 1-2 hours.
Vegetables are strung on skewers, bake over a baking dish in the oven at 180 degrees for about an hour, on the grill - until ready. Serve with your favorite sauce as an independent dish or side dish to meat.
