Mushrooms with Celery and Vegetables Recipe

  1. Mushrooms wash and clean, cut thinly, onion half rings, and send to fry in a small amount of oil. Celery cut into small cubes and send to the mushrooms to fry.

  2. Ready mushroom stuffing put on a plate, and in the pan put coarsely chopped tomato slices, and quickly fry on both sides over high heat. Put the tomatoes to the mushrooms, and in the remaining oil ( almost dry pan) fry the slices of potatoes, pre-cooked in uniform, peeled and cut into 4 parts.

  3. To the finished potatoes put our mushroom-vegetable stuffing, add spices and mix gently. Add the shredded chicken and decorate with your favorite greens. Turn off the pan and enjoy the fragrant dish.
